Kaiser Wahab of the firm Wahab & Medenica will be on hand to speak about legal support for interactive marketing.

Beginning his career with Pryor Cashman, Sherman & Flynn LLP, Kaiser Wahab later joined Day Berry & Howard LLP, and worked at the United States Court of International Trade. As a result, he recognizes that any successful venture is built upon smartly crafted contracts, strategically designed business entities, and sound business judgment in providing legal counsel. He provides precisely this kind of service and benefit to his clients.

A graduate of Cornell University and Columbia Law School, has assisted individual authors, filmmakers, and multi-billion dollar software manufacturers manage their patent, copyright, and trademark properties. He also prides himself on addressing the unique concerns of small business owners, assisting them to navigate the difficult waters of entrepreneurship from inception to daily management.

Beginning with the NPD Group supporting development of global consumer brands, Paul Burani has also worked for Fairtrade Labeling in Copenhagen, Denmark. Clicksharp Marketing is a strategic marketing partner to businesses from Massachusettes to Florida and serves clients in luxury, CPG, publishing, healthcare, and entertainment with a range of interactive services.

Paul has a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan, and an MBA in Global Marketing from Suffolk University. He actively writes about interactive marketing strategy, and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and published by the Direct Marketing Association.
